Solution Sales Lead (Building Management & Data Center)

About the job

• Responsible for all direct bid project (DBSL2 & DPSYS) Building Management System & EPMS System mainly focusing on Datacentre segment and resilient segment (Eg. Lifescience)
• Serve as Local V2 for BMS + EPMS system to segment V1 (Eg. C&SP)
• Local engagement with M&E Consultant and End User for GSA / MCTA / CTA account
• Local engagement during bidding process supported by the zone
• Knowledge in Building Management System and Electrical Power Monitoring System is prefer

Qualifications

• Preferably in Engineering or a business discipline. Master’s degree is desirable.
• Over 5+ Years’ sales and presales experience
• International experience and exposure are mandatory.
• National and international travel are required.
• Knowledge in Building Management System and Electrical Power Monitoring System is preferred.
• Understand both commercial and business units, understand the industry.
• Excellent communication, organization and customer service skills are necessary. Good presentation skills
