Responsible to coordinate projects (territory basis) which include troubleshooting, installation, testing and commissioning, preventive maintenance, repairs, and servicing of all Bayer Radiology and in-licensed products
Strong technical understanding of IT systems and network. Preferred to have knowledge and experience in Radimetrics dose monitoring system.
Utilize SAP Mobile system to record every service provided to customers, update usage And replenishment of spare parts.
Provide operational user training (lead) to end-users, when necessary, across all models of Radiology devices.
Maintain and lead an efficient administration and customer service support processes, service PM schedule
Build and maintain strong relationships and communication with end-users, OEM, and hospital BME teams.
Must follow and adhere to all company processes and procedures outlined and require for GDPMDS/ISO certification
Complete required administrative duties and functions that are associated with job responsibilities.
Who You Are
Diploma or degree in Engineering or related field
Between 6 to 8 years of relevant working experience in the healthcare industry
Strong contacts with good relationships in Radiology
Customer-orientated, Team player,
Excellent knowledge of all necessary tools
Good communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills, including excellent English skills (spoken & written)
Able to work with minimum supervision
Positive attitude
Strong technical understanding of IT systems and network. Knowledge and experience in Radimetrics dose monitoring system would be high consideration.
Able to travel across ASEAN, Hongkong, Taiwan
