Service Engineer (PCS7)

You’ll make an impact by:

• Being a key technical expert in providing support to the customer base, troubleshooting equipment hardware and software issues, and delivering product/service presentations
• Serving as a key player in sales support, offering technical expertise during project negotiations and customer visits
• Ensuring both internal and external customer satisfaction
• Leading and guiding team members
• Controlling costs effectively
• Your role will also involve failure analysis, maintaining maintenance information, monitoring trends, and creating comprehensive failure reports.

Your defining qualities:

• Having strong technical knowledge in SIMATIC PCS 7, with an engineering/technical background in drives and automation
• Operation, service, and maintenance expertise in the relevant product domain
• Excellent presentation skills, with effective communication skills
• Business administration skills (e.g., Account/Finance, Marketing/Sales/Contract Management)
• Strong proficiency in English (both written and spoken) and in MS Office
• Prior experience in leadership, general management and customer relationship management will be advantageous
