Your tasks and responsibilities:
- You will consult with customers on technical solutions, together with Sales Manager or Key Account Manager.
- You will support sale to clarify customers´ targets and requirements, and/or specification in request for proposal (RFP).
- You will prepare participation in tender and leads negotiation with customers.
- You will coordinate overall planning of the project and decides on allocation of resources.
- You will clarify specification and continuously liaise with accountable Project Manager Internal.
- You will monitor milestone and adherence to budgets, and initiates actions to minimize non-conformance cost.
- You will maintain constant communication to customers, outside contractors or other stakeholders.
- You may coordinate agreed commissioning measures onsite, together with Site Engineering Management.
- You will adhere to PM standards and Business Conduct Guidelines (e.g. Tax regulations, Export Control, EHS).
- You will manage and coordinate all temporarily assigned project staff.
- You will responsible to implement project to complete on time as KPI
- You will prepare project drawing and combine drawing for project implement and delivery project.
Your qualifications and experience:
- You have at least 1-5 years of experience in Engineer field or project management field
- You have bachelor’s degree in relevant field.
- You possess good understanding of the medical product.
- You have experience in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office, i.e., Word, Excel etc.
Your attributes and skills:
- You have excellent presentation skills and customer orientation.
- You are fluent in Thai and English.
- You are highly proactive, driven, and self-motivated
- You are willing to travel extensively – both domestically and overseas.
- You are able to work overtime or in weekend (depends on the project)
