Project Development Engineer

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with project managers to develop and maintain project timelines, budgets, and resource plans.

• Coordinate project activities and facilitate communication to ensure team alignment and goal clarity.

• Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including plans, reports, meeting notes, and updates.

• Act as a liaison between internal teams, contractors, and other external stakeholders.

• Organize and participate in project meetings, providing regular updates and addressing issues as needed.

• Assist with regulatory permitting processes and ensure compliance with environmental and legal requirements.

• Monitor project progress against schedule and budget, identifying risks and reporting on key milestones.

• Support the development and tracking of performance metrics to evaluate project outcomes.

• Coordinate commissioning activities and assist in the transition from project completion to operations.

• Work with operations teams to ensure a smooth handover and proper system functionality during early operations.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in project coordination or management, preferably in the renewable energy or waste management sectors.

• Familiarity with waste-to-energy technologies and processes is an advantage.

• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working with diverse stakeholders.

• Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project) and Microsoft Office.

• Analytical mindset with attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.

• Willingness to travel to project sites as required.

• Knowledge of health, safety, and environmental regulations related to waste management and energy production is a plus
