Revenue Associate (Sales Analyst) - Shooting Game

Responsibilities;

• Plan and execute game team monetization initiatives (including but not limited to in-game sales, top-up promotions, improving user payment channels, pricing strategy, etc.)
• Analyze the performance of key revenue metrics (e.g. pay user penetration rate, average revenue per user, active users) and user feedback to generate revenue opportunities.
• Provide relevant reports and analysis for internal and external stakeholders.
• Work with cross-functional teams to define action plans that resolve issues and drive continuous improvement.

Required Qualifications;

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Economics, Business Administration or any other related field with strong logical thinking and numerical skills.
• At least 1 year o f working experience
• Basic SQL skill is required
• Intermediate to advanced Excel skills, and fast learner of analytical tools.
• Love to play mobile games such as shooting games / Passion in gaming industry
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to extract meaningful insights from data, develop and test hypotheses, and report on outcomes.
• Professional competency in both written and spoken Thai and English.
• Good interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
• Good understanding of microtransactions and game monetization.
• Familiarity with and passion for the gaming industry.
• Able to develop skills and abilities proactively and demonstrate continuous improvement.

Office Location:

• AIA Capital Center Ratchada (Monday to Friday 10.00 am - 19.00 pm)
