In this role, you’ll get to:
- Ensure that the services and platform are being re-actively & proactively monitored
- Escalate and coordinate any incidents in a timely manner or potential incidents to ensure the quickest service restoration time
- Analyze/Report potential trends to drive down repeated incidents
- Communicate clearly and concisely to the business/management the details of the incident, its impact to the business, and the steps to ensure timely resolution and prevention
What you’ll need to succeed:
- Currently studying for a Bachelor’s degree in IT or any related fields
- Strong skills in presenting and analyzing data and creating actionable reports
- Ability to learn and multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills in English; Must be able to clearly describe and discuss problems
- Demonstrated problem-solving abilities with a creative and analytical mindset
It’s great if you have:
- Experience with monitoring/alert tools or platforms
