Engage with the Business leaders to gather, analyze and document business requirements with the aim of translating those business requirements into applications
Understand, analyze, prioritize, and confirm end-to-end business requirements and processes
Engage with the Technical team to understand the existing applications landscape and identify the relevant data sources
Perform impact analysis, consolidate implementation efforts, and develop an implementation plan from the input of various parties e.g. technical team and QA team
Implement and adhere to timelines as determined by Project Management
Provide options and recommend end-to-end business solutions or workaround
Work cooperatively with the Project Management and Quality Assurance teams to ensure deliverables and timelines are met
Requirements
BS/MS degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related subject
Minimum 1-year experience for Junior and 4 years of experience in Software Development for Mid-level.
Experienced with Agile and cross-functional team environment
Strong interpersonal skills, a sense of urgency and focus on deadlines, and highly developed time management skills are a must
Being flexible and open to regular changes
Desire to continue learning and improving
Able to work independently or collaboratively in teams.
Fluent in both written and spoken in English
Nice to have
Good analytical skills and “thinking out of the box” attitude
