Responsibilities:

• Handle pre and post reservation inquiries by phone, e-mail and messaging
• Handle customer requests by phone, e-mail and messaging;
• Act as liaison between guest and hotel to resolve complaints;
• Manage relationships with hotels by providing high levels of customer service and account management support.
• Modify, change and/or cancel existing reservations.

Qualifications:

• Fresh graduates are welcome with degrees in the following disciplines: English with Communication, English for Professionals, Mass Communication, or any related field. Not just a great place to work, we are known for a great place to start!
• Must have B2 level English Language proficiency (reading, writing, speaking and aural comprehension) with Thai language capabilities
• Flexibility in regard to work schedules.
• Prior contact center or customer service experience preferred.
• Phone Etiquette skill.
• Passion in tourism and travel is a plus.
