    Customer Support Specialist

    Position Details

    As a Customer Support Specialist, you will:


    • Learn the company’s system to provide support services and communicate effectively to all stakeholders
    • Comply to standard operating procedures and maintain standard operating templates
    • Solve day-to-day shipment delivery issues related to various stakeholders
    • Track shipments and resolve issues with pickups and deliveries
    • Train drivers, warehouse staff and customers in using the system and assist them to resolve issues in a timely manner
    • Manage documentation collection and delivery


    We are looking for a motivated and experienced analyst with the following qualifications:


    • Bachelor's degree in related field
    • Strong communication, interpersonal skills
    • Attention to details and critical thinking and problem-solving skills
    • Planning and documentation skills
    • Ability to multi-task
    • Experience with email, Microsoft Word and strong skill in Excel
    • Interest in working in a fast-paced, high-energy environment
    • Strong English and Thai languages both written and verbal skills
    • Experience in a B2B environment with unique and varied customer needs
    • Good organizational skill
    • Be flexible and reliable with shift-based work schedule
