As a Customer Support Specialist, you will:
- Learn the company’s system to provide support services and communicate effectively to all stakeholders
- Comply to standard operating procedures and maintain standard operating templates
- Solve day-to-day shipment delivery issues related to various stakeholders
- Track shipments and resolve issues with pickups and deliveries
- Train drivers, warehouse staff and customers in using the system and assist them to resolve issues in a timely manner
- Manage documentation collection and delivery
We are looking for a motivated and experienced analyst with the following qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in related field
- Strong communication, interpersonal skills
- Attention to details and critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Planning and documentation skills
- Ability to multi-task
- Experience with email, Microsoft Word and strong skill in Excel
- Interest in working in a fast-paced, high-energy environment
- Strong English and Thai languages both written and verbal skills
- Experience in a B2B environment with unique and varied customer needs
- Good organizational skill
- Be flexible and reliable with shift-based work schedule
