Understand the products available as a subject matter expert and maintain in-depth knowledge of products and services offered to members, supporting excellent customer service delivery.
Carry-out administrative processes effectively, efficiently, and with the highest levels of accuracy.
Respond to customer claims inquiries, request and receive information from customers and medical facilities, registering and assessing claims.
Promote and support the corporate visions, values and brand identity by acting as an ambassador of the company.
Qualifications:
Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal skills expressing yourself clearly and persuasively when communicating with clients, colleagues and partners.
The ability to interpret, understand, and respond to customer needs to provide the best solution for clients, partners, and stakeholders.
Exceptional time management skills, energetic, and the ability to pursue a course of action to accomplish goals. This includes triaging incoming work and collaborating with colleagues, prioritizing appropriately.
A high level of accuracy and an eye for detail. Accepts responsibility for quality of work and delivers work without error.
Experience using Microsoft Office or similar business applications.
