  • Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using appropriate tools, methods and processes.
  • Promptly escalate serious or inconsistent cases to ensure timely resolution.
  • Maintain a high level of customer service to deliver a positive guest experience.
  • Continuously update knowledge on customer service best practices and company policies.
