Job Description:
Responsible for posting recruitment information, collecting and screening resumes, arranging interviews, and utilizing various effective recruitment channels to meet the department's hiring needs.
Maintain and expand recruitment channels, conduct effective recruitment activities, and establish talent pools based on the specific requirements of each position.
Assist in resolving recruitment-related issues and optimizing the recruitment process.
Support employee communication and management efforts by facilitating two-way communication channels between the company and employees.
Participate in campus and job fair recruitment events to attract more candidates.
Perform other human resources support tasks as needed.
Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree or above in any related field
Have more than 3-6 years of recruitment work experience, familiar with the recruitment process, experience in using the recruitment system is preferred
Fluent in Thai-Chinese or Thai-English listening, speaking, reading and writing, able to speak as a working language, Familiar with the talent market in Thailand
Proficient in the use of office software with strong communication skills
Cheerful personality, positive and upright, strong learning ability, self-motivated, able to work under pressure
Be able to manage project related to recruitment such as campus recruitment, social media recruitment
