In this Role, you’ll get to
- To promote Trip.Biz’s awareness and corporate travel solution to the designed markets
- Secure the new agreement of global MNC and SME and facilitate on boarding process
- Plan, develop and execute the sales plan to deliver the key results
- Collaborate and consult with corporate clients with the goal of extending relationships, increasing the user adoption rate of Trip.Biz’s Travel Solution and optimizing their investment.
- Collaborate across Trip.Biz and Trip.com Group internal teams including product, finance, legal R&Ds, service & marketing team in order to achieve clients’ expectation and secure the new agreement as well as client retention.
- To work closely with business leads in both global and regional team to mutually drive revenue growt
- Deliver against assigned quarterly goals while prioritizing and delivering excellent client service to the clients
- Collaborate with Product Management and the rest of the cross-functional team to formulate and refine the product roadmap. Share partner and industry feedback with PM/Eng to tailor our approach.
- Lead projects and initiatives as required, with ability to guide cross-functional teams to achieve established goals and deliverables as needed
- Perform research, quantitative analysis, and modeling as necessary to enable key business decisions.
- Represent Trip.Biz in the destinations to increase the brand awareness and interact with local partners by launching seminars, sales activities, tradeshow participation and industry/partner events.
- Prepare presentation and all the necessary reports
- Assist in additional tasks and projects when needed
What you'll Need to Succeed
- Bachelor degree or above, a minimum of 3 years’ experience in corporate development, business development or related field
- Experience in a reputable global/local Travel Management Company (TMC) or airline sales function or B2B/ Wholesaler sales function is preferred
- Detail oriental and fast learning capacity
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Ability to adjust different communication methods depending on the stakeholders
- Fluent in Excel, PowerPoint and any other related software to help with day to day operations
- Willing to travel, if needed
