Business Development Analyst

Responsibilities

• Devise property strategy, budget, and operating plan
• Monitor, forecast, and drive property performance
• Identify and analyze new opportunities for growth – and managing new initiatives to enhance property returns
• Monitor and review property manager including key KPI: Advise leasing team and marketing team on key strategy and action, Advise facility management team, Conduct site surveys and ensure property quality
• Benchmark with peers and gaining market insights
• Report for management and/or Asset Management Committee (“AMC”)

Requirements

• 3 - 10 years of experience in real estate business, finance, asset management, business development or feasibility study
• University degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related fields
• Strong quantitative / qualitative analytical skills, with ability to see both macro and micro
• Strong leadership skills, exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong understanding of accounting practices
