Devise property strategy, budget, and operating plan
Monitor, forecast, and drive property performance
Identify and analyze new opportunities for growth – and managing new initiatives to enhance property returns
Monitor and review property manager including key KPI: Advise leasing team and marketing team on key strategy and action, Advise facility management team, Conduct site surveys and ensure property quality
Benchmark with peers and gaining market insights
Report for management and/or Asset Management Committee (“AMC”)
Requirements
3 - 10 years of experience in real estate business, finance, asset management, business development or feasibility study
University degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related fields
Strong quantitative / qualitative analytical skills, with ability to see both macro and micro
Strong leadership skills, exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
Strong understanding of accounting practices
