Monitor performance and reporting to executives in accordance with International Business Team's goals and objectives
Maintain global dataset to enable effective decision-making
Support the supervisor to develop evidence-based recommendations and facilitate discussions at leadership level for decision making about the international strategy
Support the supervisor and related functions to develop international business strategy and implementation plan
Qualifications:
Bachelor or Master in Business Management, Economics, Finance, Chemical Engineer or related fields.
3+ years experience in Subsidiaries Management, Strategic Planning, Portfolio Management and Business Development.
Good multi-cultural understanding, working in volatile and dynamic environment.
Strong International Business Acumen.
Good networking/relationship building skills.
