Senior Accountant-AP (Ascend Money)

Responsibilities:

• Verify all invoices bill and supporting documents from suppliers,vendors. and related division especially Tax invoice before record.

• Verify and Post the transactions generated by the company’ automatic purchase order/good received/supplier invoices matching AP system ,resolving errors discrepancies , and other problems.

• Verify and Post non purchase order invoices, tax invoices ,withholding tax and employee reimbursements with supporting documents to ensure compliance with the Revenue department regulations and company rules.

• Assist and co-ordinate with operation team to define account codes, budget and complete documents within deadline to supporting on time payments.

• Monitoring blocked invoice and release block for payment.

• Reconcile WHT for foreign suppliers , prepare supporting document for requesting WHT certificated to Revenue Department

• Collect tax invoices received from treasury ,complete Vat report and prepare Por Ngor Dor 3,53,54 , Por Por 36 and Por Por 30 for summit to RD..

• Handle AP module of Month-end closing and Year-end closing.

• Assist with internal and external financial and tax audits (e.g. Auditor, Revenue Department and Shareholders’ internal audit).

• Support and implement projects or assignments.

• Collaborate with the other department to support overall company goals and objectives.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting.

• Experience 5-10 years of experience in accounting , Minimum 3-5 years in Account Payable , withholding tax , VAT and monthly closing account.

• SAP knowledge & experience relating to AP

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

• Proficiency in Thai Financial Reporting Standards (TFRS) PAEs. & NPAEs

• Working under changing circumstances. (Location / Head of Division)

• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills , Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
