Position Details
Responsibilities
Sell products or services of the Digital Access Platform (FundConnext and Digital Gateway Services) to clients, maintain client relationships, and manage client expectations.
Analyze clients' additional needs and propose solutions that are beneficial to the company while providing clients with optimal value.
Identify product gaps and opportunities with potential clients, and work with the product development team to explore the possibility of offering a solution
Conduct presentations, quotations, and manual and product training, and prepare related documents to ensure clients receive the products or services they request on time.
Coordinate with teams (Product Owners, Technical) to diagnose and help clients resolve problems or issues.
Represent the company at exhibitions, events and demonstrations.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or higher in a field relevant to the job, such as Business Administration, Finance, Technology, or a related field.
Possess knowledge or experience in mutual fund business, project management, client management, and other areas beneficial to the job.
Communicate effectively with strong sales, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Proficient in using Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
Proficient in English language skills.
