Safety Officer

Responsibilities:

- Manage safety operations for both the central distribution center (HUB) and transportation.

- Conduct safety audits and develop follow-up safety plans.

- Coordinate with government authorities on safety regulations and compliance.

- Lead accident investigations and implement preventive solutions.

- Manage safety in transportation operations and conduct workplace safety assessments.

- Develop and conduct safety training programs.

Qualification:

- Bachelor's degree or higher in Psychology, Sociology, or a related field.

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in safety management.

- Strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and ability to work independently.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for conducting training and presentations.
