Report to the Brand Director and organize weekly flash sales in pop up event
Manage stock arrival and departure to ensure smooth operations and optimal cost control
Provide full spectrum retail operation assistance and guide the part timers in the daily execution (from inbound to set-up to outbound) to ensure that all procedures are in line with brand standards
Monitor the POS system and enhance particular systems if needed
Assist on sales reports and reporting materials for brand partners and internal stakeholders
Provide advise regards to stock selection and coordinate stock movements/collection based on optimal allocation
Coordinate with vendors to provide event support at our pop-up store
Potentially support other markets with offline events
Participate in ad hoc projects as assigned
Manage all our logistic partners (Brand warehouse, On the List warehouse)
WHAT IT TAKES
Bachelor’s degree in any related fields
3 years of experience in retail operations, ideally fashion retail
Proactive, able to understand the needs of the brands/ customers / teams
Experienced in areas like POS systems, inventory management and workflow optimization.
Exceptionally organized, with time management and multitasking skills
Flexible and able to work across departments in a fast-paced environment
Good analytical, presentation and communication skill
Excellent skills with Excel and PowerPoint
Native in Thai and fluent in English
