Lead and manage the sales team (ASGM sales and customers/ Salesforce and Telesales) to achieve sales targets and business objectives.
Develop and implement effective sales strategies tailored to the B2B customer segment, including mom-and-pop shops, minimarts, HoReCa businesses, factories, schools, and hospitals.
Identify new business opportunities and build strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities to inform sales strategies and ensure GO Wholesale remains competitive.
Oversee the sales process from prospecting to closing deals, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to senior management.
Collaborate with other departments, including marketing, operations, Commercial and finance, to support overall business goals.
Work closely with Assistant Store General Manager (sales and customer) who control all salesforce in the store to ensure sales achieved budget
Analyze customer data such as the number of active customers, average invoice value, visit frequency and gather/ utilize customer insights (customer needs and pain points), market trends, competitor movements to formulate customer strategies.
Implement new innovations to drive sales and improve efficiency, such as AI, predictive modeling, and digital transformation initiatives.
Control sales of distributors and manage big lot sales through telesales.
Set strategies for the Hunter team to activate customers by turning registered customers into active customers.
Qualifications Required:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field. A Master's degree is preferred.
Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in sales management, preferably in the wholesale or retail industry, with a focus on B2B sales and HoReCa business.
Ability to manage sales of distributors/ big lot sales through telesales
Ability to understand customer pain points and needs, and provide support/solutions to help customers gain more profit from their business
Strong relationship-building skills to work with customers as partners
