Principal Accountabilities:
Market sensing and strategy
- In-depth understanding manufacturing and commercial building landscape and how factory and building leverage technology for their operations.
- Be customer centric - Effectively translate customers’ pain points and business needs into actionable product requirements and friendly user interfaces.
- Develop business case and go-to-market strategy.
Cross-functional leadership
- Work closely with senior leaders to establish product’s business value and support messaging, communication, and customer outreach.
- Lead and collaborate the initiatives across multiple levels of internal and external stakeholders.
- Manage cross functional teams and external vendors to deliver product development.
Product Management
- New product development ideation, product roadmap development and understanding end-to-end process (for example, customer onboarding, aftersales process, etc.), aligning with strategic objectives.
- Develop product proposition including pricing strategies, customer benefits, and other offerings.
- Define product KPIs and be accountable for them to reach the target.
People Management
- Manage team of product managers to identify new products and set up and drive product roadmap.
- Coach and support the development of team members.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or MBA in a related field, Business Administration, Engineering
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in digital product development, product management, or consulting
- Experience working in the manufacturing industry is highly preferred.
- Fluent in both Thai and English
- Experience OR in-depth understanding of product development for the end-to-end life cycle.
- Results-Oriented: A driver who possesses the ability to take actions and implement effective solutions.
- Problem Solver: A creative yet pragmatic problem solver. Methodical and hands-on as well as detail oriented.
- Data Driven: Able to demonstrate product value by analyzing customer data.
- Ability to work under high pressure and prioritize in an effective manner.
