ARV : Product Owner

In this role, you will get to:

• Understand business requirements and identify the technology and solution needed to provide short to long terms scalable product strategy and roadmap that aligns with the company vision and strategy and lead the execution process.
• Develop high-level product specifications with attention to global peers to stay competitive.
• Provide product ownership, from designing, tracking, analyzing, delivering, and reporting of key metrics to new and ongoing product and service improvement.
• Manage product financial and resource plan.
• Analyze customer purchasing patterns, predict future trends, and identify business opportunities.
• Monitor global peers’ products and service, trends, and relevant information of products under responsibilities to prepare for any mitigation plan if there is any risk due to the disrupt or peer technology.
• Supervise and oversee the product development aspects across projects.
• Initiate and manage stakeholders and adapt communication among peers with professionalism including conversing the highly complex technical messages to non-technical stakeholders.
• Work with the management staff to set and develop product strategy and roadmap.
• Lead and handle the daily operations of the product team, assist, and develop your team members’ technical and non-technical capabilities, develop best practice to improve team productivity and performance reviews.
• Work across functional teams and entities to ensure products’ success.
• Analyze and solve any problems accordingly.

Who we are looking for :

• At least 5 years experience in product management, product owner, project management, vendor management with minimum of 2 years in the management role.
• Proven ability to leverage analytics and quantitative methods to inform and influence decision making.
• Experience developing IT and cloud infrastructure products.
• Experience in leveraging analytics and quantitative methods to inform and influence decision making.
• Experience in agile/scrum team management and cross functional team environment.
• Familiarity with Jira or other project management tools.
• Experience developing and launching products in a small team environment.
• Experience leading global product vision, go-to-market strategy, and design discussion.
• Entrepreneur mindset and analytical skills with financial impact oriented; effective at breaking down complex problems and managing changes while always having financial impact assumptions.
• Passion in software product, start-ups, and cutting-edge technology.
• Sense of ownership in individual performance and its impact to the company’s success.
• We are working with partners globally, therefore, English language in the professional level is a must.
