Fully accountable to define clear platform/product strategy, vision, roadmap and the value delivered to retail customer through digital sales and services platform based on understanding of the customers’ pain point, competitive landscape and the bank’s strategic direction

Define platform aspiration and how to measure (OKR)
Understand the market situation and availability of new technologies, conduct market analysis and competitor analysis, apply digital solutions to business problems and propose enhancement recommendation for management's decision
Oversee the platform development process to go from high-level concept to business requirement, customer journey design and ultimately the delivery of the platform capabilities
Ensure design principles and service standard of the new products and services meet the requirement imposed by the bank/products/branch/operation as a platform to ensure consistent and seamless customer experience
Management of the idea backlog (e.g. potential platform common services to serve products and services domain on the platform to be pursued, prioritization of those ideas and resource allocation)
Ensure compliance with all regulatory/security requirements, external and internal audit
Monitor business result and customer feedback as input to post-launch continuous improvement or if necessary, pivoting of the product concept to new areas
Lead, guide and responsible for managing team dynamics, morale and motivation platform team members with strong leadership skill, strong interpersonal skill toward accomplishing the business goals to maximum contribution to bank strategy
Negotiate scope and agree MVP with BU and/or sponsors and ensure MVP and initiatives can be delivered with agreed scope
Foster strong relationship with multiple product vertical and value chain beyond project related agendas to influence and drive continuous dialog around platform capability development and digital innovation of the platform
Responsible for continuously updating stakeholders to ensure everyone is informed
Subject matter expert in digital platform technology
Qualifications:
Bachelor's or Master's Degree in the field of Computer Science, Computer Engineer, MIS, Software Engineering, IT or related fields
Minimum 7 years experience in Product Owner, Project management or Product/Process management or in IT solution design
Self organized and self motivated, Creativity and business mindset
Strong analytical skills with systematic and structured approach to documenting business needs (modeling, requirement analysis) and problem solving
IT fluency regarding architectures, application design and testing
Good knowledge of Banking processes and products; both front & back office, both physical & digital
Strong in project management and knowledge of software engineering methodologies (use cases, UML entity/relationship, process modeling, test methods)
Good in English communication
