Create, maintain, and prioritize product backlogs in alignment with business vision and strategy.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including, Business Management, Merchandising, Marketing, - Operations, UX/UI and Technology throughout the product lifecycle to execute product development.
Monitor e-commerce platform performance to ensure exceptional customer experience and product growth.
Design and implement customer facing features on all e-commerce platforms (web/mobile apps) to improve customer experience as well as usage and sales.
Coordinate with development team to design and implement tracking for existing and new features.
Create and perform test scenarios and test cases to ensure the end-to-end functioning of features and e-commerce platforms.
Qualifications Required:
Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering, business management, economics, marketing, or related field.
2+ years of professional experience in software product management in a digital or e-commerce environment.
Exceptional communication, collaborative negotiation, problem-solving and people skills.
Experience with User Experience/User Interface design on multiple platforms including website, iOS app, Android app.
Independent and has an ability to lead and complete projects within tight deadline.
Excellent Thai and English language skills.
Experience with agile software development process.
Good knowledge analytics and tracking platforms including Google Analytics, Firebase, Google Tag Manager, etc.
