Data Product Manager (Technical Product Manager)

Responsibilities:

• Develop and drive the product vision and strategy for IoT and AI-driven solutions that bridge offline and online retail experiences. Define clear objectives and roadmap to achieve product milestones.
• Partner with stakeholders to identify and prioritize features that leverage IoT and AI technologies. Collaborate with design, engineering, and data science teams to develop scalable and user-centric products.
• Conduct comprehensive market research and analysis to uncover new opportunities and stay at the forefront of industry trends.
• Leverage AI and IoT data to create personalized and seamless user experiences.
• Oversee the entire product lifecycle from ideation to launch. Ensure timely delivery of high-quality products that meet user needs and business objectives.
• Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success. Use analytics to drive continuous improvement and iterate based on user feedback and market trends.
• Manage relationships with third-party vendors and technology partners to support product development and integration efforts.
• Stay informed about the latest advancements in IoT, AI, and retail technologies.

Qualifications:

• At least five years of experience Technical Product Management
• Minimum of Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science or related field. Master’s degree in a related field is a strong plus.
• Strong understanding of IoT technologies, AI applications, and data analytics
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision-making capabilities
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Passion for innovation and user-centric mindset to drive product excellence
• Fluency in English and Thai is a must.
