Perform preventative maintenance (PM) tasks in guest rooms, ensuring all furniture, fixtures, and fittings are in excellent condition.
Repair and maintain wooden structures, furniture, and fixtures throughout the resort.
Conduct regular inspections to identify and address potential issues before they become significant problems.
Work closely with the maintenance team to ensure timely and effective repairs.
Assist with refurbishment projects and other carpentry-related tasks as needed.
Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to all health and safety regulations.
Qualifications
Proven experience as a Carpenter, preferably in a hotel or resort setting.
Strong knowledge of carpentry techniques, materials, and tools.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Good physical condition and stamina.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong communication skills and a positive attitude.
