Work closely and collaboratively with HR COE team and Business Leaders to drive execution of HR strategy and ensure alignment with overall business strategy and HR Framework and Guideline
Ensure smooth implementation and facilitation of annual HR cycle such as Performance Management, IDP, Reward, Succession and Talent Management and Engagement Survey
Monitor headcount monthly to align with headcount target
Update and maintain employee profile to reflect employee movement
Prepare periodical reports on HR metrics to support data driven business decisions
Provide consultation on HR related matters, processes, and procedures to business leaders
Work on simplification and automation initiatives to simplify processes and increase productivity
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or higher in related filed
5 years of experience in OD and HRBP would be a plus
Excellent interpersonal, collaboration, influencing and prioritization skills
Be a fast learner and able to work independently under pressure in an agile, fast-paced environment with minimum supervision
Strong MS Excel and PPT skills and be familiar with Success Factor system
Fluent English in both written and spoken
