Collaborate closely with Marketing Director and Brand Managers to strengthen Brand
Growth Strategy, Media Audience Planning and Innovation Pipeline
As the Consumer Champion in a fast-changing environment, lead with forward thinking to identify trends and need shifts, translating it to what it means for PepsiCo
Lead Performance analysis, leveraging our GBS support team and building a strong partnership to identify and communicate growth acceleration opportunities to the Commercial team
Devise and execute quanti and quali research projects in strong collaboration with agency partners, delivering actionable insights
Utilize and deploy different type of insights tools for analysis, e.g. Nielsen retail audit, Kantar Panel, Kantar Equity, Social Listening, and Demand Spaces, among others
This role will be based in Bangkok
Qualifications
Strong competence level in design, planning & execution of Insights agenda
Advanced level collaboration skills - ability to work with senior teams Commercial savvy, build and challenge decision & recommend optimization
Ability to synthesize and integrate information from multiple sources
Strong presentation skills - comfortable presenting internally & externally to all levels
Ability to listen & influence to gain broad alignment and deliver goal successfully
At least 6-8 years of proven insights experiences, esp. within consumer goods industry
Familiar with Retail, Panel and Equity metrics and analytics
Strong understanding of Asian markets and consumers
Bachelor degree in business, marketing or any other related field
