    Position Details

    • Female, 23 years old and above
    • Bachelor's degree Human Resources and other related fields
    • 1 years of experience in service or hospitality if you have experience, it will be an advantage.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    • Proficiency in using office equipment and computer software (Microsoft Office Suite).
    • Attention to detail and accuracy in managing administrative tasks.
    • Customer service orientation and problem-solving skills.
    • Basic knowledge of office management procedures.
    • Good command in English
    • Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role is a plus.
    • Welcome new graduates


    รายละเอียดงาน :

    • Greeting visitors and clients in a friendly and professional manner.
    • Answering incoming calls and directing them to the appropriate person or department.
    • Managing the company's main phone line and forwarding messages accurately.
    • Assisting visitors with inquiries and providing information about the company.
    • Maintaining a tidy and organized reception area, ensuring a positive first impression.
    • Handling incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.
    • Managing appointments, schedules, and conference room bookings.
    • Coordinating with other staff members to ensure smooth operations.
    • Performing administrative tasks such as data entry, photocopying, and filing.
    • Keeping track of office supplies and replenishing them as needed.
    • Managing and distributing internal communications, memos, and announcements.
    • Managing and updating the company's contact database.
    • Assisting in organizing company events, meetings, and conferences.
    • Maintaining security by following procedures and controlling access via the reception desk.
