Partner Services Supervisor
Job Description
- Lead a team of PS who provides the best experiences to partner
- Improve Partner experience and design partner service of standard operating procedure and build FAQ for agents
- Provide solution for operational problem to improve partner experience
- Assisting partner service staff with duties where required.
- Monitoring and authenticating returns, refund, and claims
- Investigating and solving partner complaints.
- Preparing partner procedures and policies.
- Performing additional duties where needed.
- Provide support to partner about selling and order management
- To support and suggestion on vendor validation & document approval for new partner
- To investigate and suggest on warning against fraud operation
- Negotiate Partner to resolve dispute
- To verify withholding tax and finance manual adjustment
- Well collaborate with colleagues and other departments with good attitude (NocNoc core values)
Job Specification
- Bachelors (BA or BS) in related field
- 2+ years of work experience in a similar position
- Proficient knowledge of customer service, and standard office practices and procedures.
- Proficient computer skills.
- Strong teaching abilities and mentoring skills.
- Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong people management skills.
- Outstanding organizational skills.
- Available to work shifts.
