    Position Details

    Job Descriptions

    • Tender Status Tracking
    • Monitor the status of ongoing tenders.
    • Regularly check updates on the e-Government Procurement website, email, and other relevant platforms.
    • Communication and Follow-Up Engage in consistent communication with sales representatives and customers.
    • Ensure clarity regarding the status of tender awards and the subsequent steps in the contract development process.
    • Facilitate the collection of signed contracts from both sales representatives and customers post-award.

    • Contract Management: Facilitate the collection of signed contracts from both sales representatives and customers post-award.
    • Monitor product delivery status post-contract signing to ensure that the contractual obligation are met or until the customer returns the Bank Guarantee to the company


    Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s Degree in any fields
    • 1 to 5 years of experience in customer services or related fields
    • Customer service oriented
    • Computer skills : Microsoft Word, Excel, SAP
    • Document Management skills
    • Familiarity with procurement processes and tender documentation is advantageous.
    • Communication skills
