Assistant Manager, Customer Service :: One Bangkok

Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise a team of customer service representatives to meet performance goals and deliver outstanding service
• Handle escalated customer inquiries and complaints, resolving issues in a timely and efficient manner
• Develop and implement training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of the customer service team
• Collaborate with the marketing department to ensure consistency in messaging and brand presentation
• Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback and coaching to team members

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in customer service management
• Demonstrated experience in leading and motivating a team
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven ability to analyze data and make informed decisions
