You oversee end-to-end order management process, including sales orders received via web channels or other methods, processing, fulfillment and delivery
You ensure orders are processed accurately with necessary approvals and within the required timeframe to meet customer expectations
You supervise and mentor the order management team, providing guidance, support and performance feedback. Address and resolve issues related to order fulfillment, discrepancies, returns, inventory, pricing and shipping
You identify and recommend process improvements to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction. Implement and drive continuous improvements in order management processes, such as tracking and tracing deliveries and optimizing web order systems
You generate Order Management reports such as consignment aging, PO incomplete, order guarantee and order process lead times to provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
You track and evaluate customer order delivery performance to ensure compliance with service level agreements with third-party logistics provider
Who you are:
You hold a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field, or equivalent work experience with 5+ years of experience in order management, customer service, or a related field, preferably within a multinational company or the healthcare industry
A proficient language skill in Thai and good command of spoken and written English
You are proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with order management systems or SAP
