Senior Supply Chain Management Specialist

Your tasks and responsibilities:

• You are responsible for Supply Chain Management Operations
• You are responsible for Sales Demand Planning Forecast Planning and Inventory planning through new Kinaxis system tool.
• You are responsible for well Collaboration & data analysis of Sales and operations planning (S&OP) for ASEAN countries with mainly focus on Thailand, Cambodia, Philippines and Indonesia.
• You are responsible for creation of new Material master data.
• You will work with Global material planner and pursue the Demand Forecast and inventory planning accuracy.
• You will be responsible for accurate and timely of bi-weekly demand forecast and inventory replenishment planning on time in full.
• You are responsible for liaising with customers and other internal & external stakeholders to resolve all SCM challenges related to material availability satisfy the customer expectation.
• You are responsible for liaising with Finance team on Inventory related to Fixed Asset management.
• You are responsible to perform in a role of Project Logistics by liaising with Project Management to
• deliver the completed Reagent and Consumable for new project installation.
• You will be responsible to backup operation support on PO creation and liaise with the global vendors for order & delivery status update.
• You will be a Coordinator of Digital SAP transition in MM & SD module driven the process workflow with deliverable result in new P58 SAP Project transition.

Continuous Improvement

• You will be responsible to Identify continuous improvement opportunities particularly with a view towards the digitalization of processes and reporting tools that aid the creation and maintenance of management information dashboards with up-to-date and meaningful information for both monitoring and decision making.
• to Supply Chain Management changes and develop the necessary skills needed in the age of digitalization.
• You will be responsible for continuous efforts to reduce costs and improve productivity.

Your qualifications & experience:

• Graduate with supply chain management. Other streams can also be considered.
• Around 10 years of experience in Supply chain with hands on SAP SD/MM Module.

• You are fluent in English and Thai, written and spoken.
