Control, manage, and examine asset data on the system. This includes overseeing processes for asset issuance, return, alteration, transfer, allocation, and scrapping, ensuring the accuracy and completeness of asset data.
Manage the SAP system for asset receipt and code import.
Monitor the assets at the headquarters, including regular inventory checks and asset status updates. Ensures compliance and efficient use of the headquarters' assets.
Monitor the assets of resigning Flash Express employees on the system, including checking deduction loss asset data.
Monitors and resolves asset issues, ensuring a quick and efficient internal workflow.
Monitor tasks and provide guidance to colleagues to understand how the system operates and run it effectively.
Support other tasks assigned by Manager
Requirement:
Capable of communicating in Thai English or Mandarin (at least HSK5).
Proficient in mastering Ms. Office's computer skills, especially Excel (Pivot Table, VLOOKUP, etc) and PowerPoint
Have the ability to communicate and coordinate well within the team and outside the team
Have a lot of responsibility Able to work well under pressure.
Good leadership and team management skills.
Base in RAMA9 MONDAY-FRIDAY Office hour time.
