Operations Manager

Job Description:

• Manage the settlement of mark-to-market prices and the delivery of margin collateral.
• Monitor trade records, verify trade data, and deliver trade confirmations to clients.
• Oversee deposits, withdrawals, margin calls, and coordinate with the Thai Clearing House.
• Reconcile collateral between clients and the clearing house.
• Update and improve systems in accordance with future regulatory changes.
• Implement and maintain effective internal controls and security systems.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Job Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
• Experience in the Thai Futures Exchange (TFEX), Securities Exchange of Thailand (SET), or Thai Clearing House (TCH) business.
• Experience with BSB (Back Office Service Bureau) or Settrade systems.
• English proficiency (reading manuals, emails).
• Excel skills (Pivot table, Vlookup, formula).
