Key Responsibilities
Define, design, and drive the overall strategic plan for Card X.
Lead cross-functional collaboration to ensure alignment and execution of strategic initiatives.
Partner with Finance to align financial projections and budgeting with strategic goals.
Design and implement the company’s balanced scorecard and KPIs to monitor and drive performance across business units.
Conduct portfolio analysis and recommend optimal portfolio mix strategies.
Monitor macroeconomic trends and industry developments.
Analyze peer performance and competitive positioning to inform strategic adjustments.
Generate new business ideas and identify potential S-curve opportunities to fuel long-term growth.
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business, Economics, Finance, or related field.
6 years of experience in strategy consulting or a combination of consulting and in-house strategy roles at reputable firms.
Experience with banking or consumer finance clients is a plus.
Strong understanding of financial principles and accounting fundamentals.
Proven ability to work with senior leadership and communicate effectively across all levels.
Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel; familiarity with strategic modeling tools is a plus.
