Operations Business Analyst

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with stakeholders across departments to understand business needs and requirements.
• Identify and document current processes, analyze their effectiveness, and recommend improvements.
• Develop and propose solutions for optimizing processes, reducing costs, and improving efficiency.
• Create clear and concise presentations and reports to communicate findings and recommendations to leadership.
• Conduct in-depth analysis of operational data to identify trends and insights that will drive opportunities for improvement and aid capacity planning.
• Use data to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and measure the impact of operational changes.
• Work cross-functionally with operational teams to implement process improvements and monitor their effectiveness.
• Drive change management and help establish a new way of working towards process excellence.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in business, or related field.
• Minimum of 2-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Product Analyst or similar role.
• Experience in financial industry, regulated environments, technology or consultancy services is a bonus.
• Experience working with different types of stakeholders and the ability to adapt approach and communication style.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Familiar with BPMN 2.0 standards and comfortable with designing E2E process flows.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Suite and familiar with automation tools (Power Automate)
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently without much direction or collaboratively as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize multiple tasks effectively.
• Strong compliance foundational thinking
• Fluent in both English and Thai, spoken and written.
