Work closely with Relationship Managers through the stages of client due diligence process to determine the requirements and ensure that all requirements are obtained to allow client selection and the onboarding to proceed smoothly and rapidly
Manage, gather and analyze KYC information independently with high quality of processing
Manage the client experience throughout the onboarding of new-to-bank clients and maintain the highest standard of excellence in customer service
Perform the facilitation role effectively, promptly responding to queries, being able to explain the reason for specific requirements, attending to hold-ups and escalations, and providing regular status update
Be accountable for ensuring that all steps in the onboarding process are completed within the target turnaround time and associated SLAs achieved
Requirements
Bachelor or Master’s degree in any related fields
Solid and proven relevant work experience within Banking and Financial Services industry is a plus
Resourceful, energetic, attention to detail, the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment, and the ability to work well under pressure
Excellent interpersonal skills and a desire to work in a team-oriented environment
Fluency in speaking and written Thai and English is mandatory
