You develop and co-create Market Access Plans for BGM, CGM & Diabetes Care Digital assets. Build strategic partnerships in order to deploy our Integrated Personalized Diabetes Management (IPDM) vision and to provide True Relief to people with Diabetes (PwD) in Thailand. Collaborate seamlessly with Sales, Medical and Finance to ensure strategic alignment and agile execution of access strategies & tactics
You drive Market Access Strategy/Plan for Diabetes Care business, provides key input to the Business Plan
You supports strategic & tactical execution alignment with Marketing, Sales & Medical and supports cross-functional engagement with KOLs and key account iPDM & SMBG decision-makers
You develops strong relationships with key partners such as Diabetes Association of Thailand, Thai Endocrine Society, KOLs, health insurance companies, government (MoH/NCD Department, NHSO), key private/public hospital
You work closely with Access & Policy Lead as well as DS Lead DC, Medical, Marketing to develop and coordinate execution of the Market Access Plan for DC solutions portfolio, including critical Access Plan for CGM pre-launch & launch
Who you are:
You hold a Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, Economics, Health economics, Life sciences or Public policy and 5 + years of experience in the healthcare industry in Thailand or experience related field
A proficient language skill in Thai and good command of spoken and written English
You are able to use interpersonal communication skills to accurately hear and understand the needs of customers and colleagues
You are organized but flexible approach to resolving business issues by adapting to and working within a variety of situations
You are able to identify market opportunities and develop programs to maximize sales. Create engaging & motivating competitions
You understand market opportunities, competitive threats, strengths and weaknesses of the organization to manage priorities and develop the optimal response
