Responsibilities

SDM- Cash & Carry

• Perfect Store execution lead implementation ,including Large C&C format & CVS

(SOS, Hero SKU, OSP, service)

• Lead JBP plan , and quarterly review with Tops and strategic KA
• Analyses Offtake and promotion impact
• Leads Merchandiser route operating planning >> activation /KPI tracking.
• On filed Team capability support and improve standard quality of sales teams
• Drive WS -CVS chain format outlet as part of C&C Perfect store

Qualifications

SDM – Cash & Carry

• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• At least 5 years of experience in WS / KA LMT with strong network on fields.
• Strong in communication and negotiation skills
• Result oriented.
• Good leadership skills with Positive thinking and Can-do-attitude
• Strong team building and coaching.
• Be able to work under pressure.
• Good Business Acumen & understand customer P&L drivers.
• Analytical and critical thinking skills
• Familiar with Microsoft office skill and presentation skill
• Mobility to work in upcountry.
• Good Command of writing and speaking in English and Thai
