Bachelor's degree Electric power field or other related fields.
Have at least 2 years experience in project management or maintenance.

Plan, supervise, and oversee the operation and maintenance activities of various renewable energy power plants, including result tracking.
Coordinate with assigned renewable energy power plant operators to find solutions in case of issues during work and collaborate on preliminary solutions to minimize non-production periods.
Inspect equipment based on repair reports and carry out repairs as scheduled and reported. Maintain a repair history record for database purposes.
Collaborate and cooperate with relevant units both internally and externally to ensure customer satisfaction. Provide sales support to enhance operational efficiency and organizational benefit.
Manage general operations within the renewable energy power plants, overseeing, controlling, evaluating, developing, improving, and advising. Address and prevent issues among subordinates by delegating tasks and providing training for optimal organizational efficiency.
