Qualifications
Bachelor's degree Marketing, Business, or related field, Electrical or Mechanical Engineering is a plus
Extensive experience (10+ years) in a marketing and account management role, and perform as management level 5+ years, preferably in the heavy machinery or industrial equipment industry
Strong understanding of digital marketing, including social media, SEO, SEM, and email marketing.
Proven leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing service team
Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills
Proficiency with marketing tools and software (Google Analytics, CRM, marketing automation tools, etc.).
Ability to think creatively and strategically.
Good command of English both spoken and written
