Marketing Communications Manager - Melia Pattaya (Thailand)

Main responsibilities:

• Report directly to the DOSM
• Participates in the definition and development of the brand marketing strategy and supervises the implementation of this strategy in the hotels under their responsibility.
• Ensures the correct implementation and execution of content set by the brand strategy in hotels. Defines the content needs of the hotel to serve the different communication and distribution channels.
• Supports and coordinates hotel photo and video shoots and physically attends (depending on relevance) hotel video shoots and photoshoots.
• Ensures a smooth flow of this content to all channels and touch points in the organization so that it is always available to all the people who need it.
• Hotel presentations to partners, investors, etc.
• Creates the marketing plan for the F&B outlets

Main requirements:

• Previous Marketing Experience preferably in Hotels minimum 3 years
• Ability to read, write and communicate in both Thai and English
• Based in Pattaya.
