About this role
As a Key Account Management, SMB team , you will be acting as a business consultant who is the key player to leverage partners’ business performance on Grab with sustainability for both partners and Grab. At the same time, relationship management and partner support should be focused to build bonds and good collaborations in the long run.
The day-to-day activities:
- Drive partners’ business growth in portfolio as measured by GMV and partner’s investment
- Evaluate partner’s opportunities and provide initiative to drive partner’s performance
- Execute strategic programs following team and company directions including new marketing tools, new features launched and so on.
- Make sure your partner supports Grab with competitive deals, attractive and special menus and so on compared with other online channels especially during marketing campaigns.
- Work across functions to merchant-specific needs (e.g. customized reporting for merchants, marketing support, integrations)
- Drive operational excellence by working with the GrabFood internal operations teams
- Develop relationship with partner for tightening bond and sustaining growth together
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree or higher in any field (preferably in business, management or marketing)
- Minimum 3-4 years of experience in dealing with clients or partners is a must. Experience in F&B industry is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills in both written and spoken English
- Microsoft Office skills are required (MS. Excel, MS. Word and MS. Powerpoint)
- A highly independent individual with excellent team-working skills
- Ability to build good relationships with partners and match partners’ needs and organization resources
- Ability to sync partners’ business, company strategy and direction to build portfolio
- Energetic, enthusiastic, and calm even in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
- Excellent time management and communication skills
