Position Details
Job Responsibilities:
Being responsible for strategic and operational recruitment and selection processes i.e. sourcing both internal and external candidates from every possible channel, screening applications, conducting interviews in both English and Thai languages, assessing and selecting candidates etc., to fill in averaging 60 vacancies per year.
Developing new recruitment-related activities and new search channels.
Providing advice to line managers to select the most fit-to-job candidates.
Controlling and following up recruitment processes to ensure the efficient provision of employment within appropriate timeframe.
Managing the employer branding program by coordinating with relevant parties.
Preparing monthly recruitment and manpower reports.
Handling any project assigned by the management Team.
Job Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or higher in any fields.
Minimum 10 years’ experience in HR (Recruitment), of which 5 years’ experience in supervisor level or higher.
Experience in a tech company would be an advantage.
Maturity and adaptability to changes and well-organized.
High responsibility with strong problem solving, communication and interpersonal skills.
Logical and analytical thinking.
Working well either as a team player or an independent agent when required.
Fluent in English both written and verbal (Minimum 750 TOEIC score).
Ability to travel/ work upcountry and abroad.
