You will work closely with senior stakeholders, CEG leaders, and cross-functional teams to develop and execute comprehensive internal communication strategies that support CEG’s objectives and foster a sense of community and belonging amongst employees
Set your team’s long-term vision, strategy, and short-term goals to drive maximize impact
Lead the creation and distribution of engaging content, including newsletters, intranet updates, videos, and other communication materials, ensuring consistency in messaging and alignment with company values
Establish and maintain effective communication channels, including town hall meetings, employee forums, and digital platforms, to facilitate transparent and two-way communication throughout the organization
Seek out new practices to continually transform the ways in which we communicate
Provide strategic counsel and support to CEG senior leadership on internal communication matters, including crisis communication and change management initiatives
Measure and analyze the effectiveness of internal communication efforts, utilizing feedback mechanisms and metrics to continuously improve communication strategies and tactics
Oversee employee engagement initiatives, including recognition programs, employee surveys, and events, to enhance morale, motivation, and retention
Lead and develop a high-performing internal communication team, fostering a culture of collaboration, creativity, and continuous learning
Knowledge of best practices in employee engagement, change management, and internal branding
Work collaboratively with the Central People and Communications team to facilitate communications and engagement solutions for CEG
What you’ll Need to Succeed:
Masters or Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or related field; with 5+ years of global internal communications experience
Strong leadership experience with humility, emphasizing teamwork and collaboration
Proven track record in developing and executing successful internal communication strategies
Exceptional writing and editing skills for diverse audiences
Proficiency in managing various communication channels, including digital and social media
Excellent interpersonal skills for effective stakeholder relationships
Experience in analyzing communication effectiveness and implementing improvements
Oversight of employee engagement initiatives to boost morale and retention
People management of internal communication teams, fostering creativity and growth
Ability to analyze business challenges and provide data-driven recommendations
Strong problem-solving skills and intellectual curiosity
Collaboration with CEG Leadership and stakeholders at all levels
Adaptability to fast-paced, multicultural environments
Proactive attitude towards innovation and process enhancement
