Brand Partnerships Lead (Performance)
Responsibilities
- Manage partnership teams and build partnerships across multiple levels of management and C-Level
- Leading sales teams and developing performance/ brand customers
- Effectively engage and collaborate with xFN teams internally and externally
- Accountable for revenue target and identify growth strategy and areas of value for customers
- Demonstrate an understanding of advertising landscape and business opportunity
- Lead and coach high-performing teams
Desired Skills and Experience
Minimum Qualifications
- BA/BS degree in marketing, advertising, technology or media field;
- 5 years of experiences in ad sales marketing and development;
- 5 years of people management experience;
- Demonstrated experience in working with cross-functional teams;
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skill.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with analyzing data and delivering insights;
- Self-starter, fast learner with a can-do spirit;
- Ability to travel domestically and internationally as needed.
