    Position Details

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Strategy Development: Develop and execute comprehensive user acquisition and engagement strategies across multiple channels that align with business goals and drive sustainable growth for our app in a creative way.

    • MarTech Strategy Development: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement MarTech strategies that align with business goals and enhance overall marketing effectiveness.

    • Campaign Management: Able to initiate creative campaign. Work closely with the agency to manage and optimize end-to-end multi-channel marketing campaigns, including planning, execution, and optimization across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook, TikTok, SEO and other relevant networks.

    • Performance Analysis: Track, analyze, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) for user acquisition efforts, utilizing analytics tools to derive actionable insights and improve campaign effectiveness.

    • Budget Management: Develop and manage the acquisition budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and maximizing return on investment.

    • Collaboration: Work closely with product, design, and analytics teams to develop compelling ad creatives and improve user experience.

    • Market Research: Conduct competitive analysis and market research to stay updated on industry trends and best practices and identify new growth opportunities.

    • Partnership Development: Identify and establish partnerships with creative and media agency and other platforms to broaden reach and drive user acquisition.

    • Customer Journey Optimization: Collaborate with user experience teams to enhance the onboarding process, ensuring a seamless and engaging experience for new users.

    Job Qualification

    • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Finance, or a related field; MBA preferred.

    • 4+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on user acquisition in the fintech or mobile app space.

    • Proven track record of managing successful user acquisition campaigns with measurable results.

    • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, Appsflyer, or similar.

    • Familiarity with digital advertising platforms (e.g., Facebook Ads, Google Ads) and SEO

    • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
